The montage of Cia. Espaço Blank, winner of the 2017 Azorean Prize for Best Show and Best Actor for Andrew Tassinari, addresses the complex theme of death by telling the story of a young artist, long-dead victim of HIV, who returns from darkness to settle accounts with his family and heteronormative society.

SILVER-PARADISE is an eschatology in the mythical sense, a gay fable about the end of man and civilization. A politically sharp extravaganza, nourished by the glorious and contagious blood of the QUEER artists to whom we pay homage. In it, the director JdR radicalizes his relationship with the theater itself, bringing to the apex issues present in his previous productions - the underground attitude of do-it-yourself and the interferences caused by other media, which mix and deepen the performance. The fleshy and technological scene is an invitation to the active imagination of the spectators.

- The show was created due to the artistic residency of director João de Ricardo in the project USINA das ARTES, carried out by the Municipal Department of Culture in the city of PORTO ALEGRE - RS.

 

- It had its premiere on December 21, 2016 at Cerebro - Room 504 of Usina do Gasômetro so far serving three seasons in the same room, in January and April 2017.

 

- Participated in the event CENAS DIVERSAS - A QUEER Scene - at the Casa de Cultura Mário Quintana- POA- RS, on April 24, 2017, together with the show LOVE me BOY KILL ME MACHINE.

 

- Participated in the 24th International Theater Festival PORTO ALEGRE EM CENA with two presentations, on 14 and 15 September 2017.-

 

- Winner of the Azorean Theater Award 2017 - Best Show and Best Actor for Andrew Tassinari

 

- Participates in the SESC PALCO GIRATÓRIO Festival, on May 19, 2018, at 8:00 pm.
